This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel a booking, request a refund, or make changes to your reservation.

Booking Coverage

1. Booking Coverage This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, including excursions, transportation, activity packages, and guided tours offered by Thomas P Travel or our official partners.

Cancellations by the Customer

2. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled trip date.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

3. Cancellations by Us If we must cancel a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient group size, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule or receive a credit voucher.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
  • Booking fees and third-party charges (e.g., platform or processing fees) may be non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to dates or traveler names can be made up to 72 hours before the trip, subject to availability.
  • An administration fee may apply.

Quick FAQ – Before You Book

Free cancellation is available only for refundable bookings. Exact cancellation terms vary by trip and are clearly shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.
For eligible bookings, you’ll receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure.
No — cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are considered last-minute and are non-refundable.
In the rare case of cancellation due to weather, safety, or minimum group size not being met, you will be offered a full refund, reschedule, or credit voucher.
